UX and interface design of a visual no-code editor to create XML-based "Knowledge Items" for the Arago HIRO IT automation system. The editor allows users without prior coding experience to build automation scripts using a graphical user interface. These scripts are used to train the HIRO AI system to handle system issues occurring in the automation of large-scale IT infrastructure maintenance.
